We created this candle, Matcha, to honor the meditative beauty of the ceremonial ritual of making a fresh cup in the morning. The fragrant powder melts into a steaming pool of water, serenely dissolving with each spin of the wooden whisk; a creamy splash of milk meets the green tincture to momentarily create a silent work of marbled art. Notes of herbaceous matcha tea leaves brimming with umami dance with calming chamomile petals and floral jasmine, grounded by a vanilla bean for a hint of sweetness and complexity.
